Joe Biden’s new year media appearance caps a ruinous first year as U.S. president
For less than two hours at the White House yesterday, Joe Biden whispered, yelled and mostly stalled the press. Biden’s media presentation was emblematic of his failure as the 46th president of the United States.
According to the Associated Press, Biden’s public approval ratings have plunged 16 points since last year. It’s easy to see why. His rambling, incoherent communication is confused. In a single appearance before national media, the former vice-president and United States senator from Delaware leaned into the microphone to whisper, barked at a reporter in contradiction of facts and dodged almost every question. Biden’s leftist orthodoxy in 12 months redounds to Barack Obama’s third term, expanding the role, size and intervention of the state to systematically violate individual rights.
