Described in marketing materials as a “notorious musical” with a book and lyrics by Ira Levin and music by Milton Schafer, Drat! The Cat! made its West Coast debut this spring at a small theater, the Group Repertory’s Lonny Chapman Theatre, in Southern California's San Fernando Valley.
