This picture’s steeped in grayness coated with pleasantness. This is the conclusion I’ve come to after thinking about A Man Called Otto for weeks. I asked the movie studio, Sony Pictures, which kindly granted the request, for admission to an advance screening after seeing the trailer. I attended the screening in mid-city Los Angeles on a cold and memorable evening. I left the theater feeling slightly disturbed.
